Watched "Beat the Bailiff" yesterday with John and Frances. Jeeeesus! The guy was in 100k's worth of debt. Whats sad about it is that it was pretty much only spent on luxury items you really can live without. For example, he'd spent over 1k on maps. Maps, ffs, when his job was a car sprayer. Most people make do with 1 A-Z. What else.... oh, 2 Ipods, an Imac... I can possibly sympathise with the computer, we all pretty much need one in this day and age. Again, though, over 1k was spent on magazine subscriptions to stuff like FHM or Nuts etc. I mean come on, one or two yeah, but that many?
To sum it all up, the guy was an idiot. Maxed out 10 credit cards then started crying about the injustice of it all when the bailiff took his stuff away. Even tried having a go at the bailiff and as much as I call the guy an idiot (he is), I can't imagine anybody *not* being emotional at having their stuff taken. It was funny when the bailiff pointed out to him that the items he'd taken away from him he didn't actually need to live, then began describing some of the items there. I can't put across here very well how much of an idiot the guy was... but the guy was an idiot. |

So, the other night John, Paul and myself watched "The Last Legion"
Words cannot describe how.......... bad? it was compared to the book.
They tried to make everything as blatant as possible (despite the fact we could already see things coming from a mile off). I spent most of the movie facepalming.
In short, dont bother watching it. No, really, dont. |

Last night was cool. Haven't hung out with Rob in ages. We just polished off 2 bottles of wine and some pizza. Today I am going to do bugger all =D But I do now have the house to myself... hmmmm.... |

Dear Santa,
This year I've been busy!
Last week I put money in ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif?v=92.1) guyvejournal's expired parking meter (14 points). In October a_e_v and I donated clothes to the needy (11 points). Last Wednesday I gave change to a homeless guy (19 points). Last Saturday I gave ckp_arlette a wet willie, then I took it back (-5 points). In September I pushed dontstandalone in the mud (-17 points).
Overall, I've been nice (22 points). For Christmas I deserve a pony!
